Proofreading consists pf review by another translator – proof-reader.

If you wish we also provide proofreading of texts and documents translated by other translators or translation agencies. 

Editing

Editing of a text consists of additional correction by a native speaker of the language in question in order to ensure consistency and terminological cohesion.

The editor ensures that the text no longer looks like a translation, but can be read as if it was originally created in the target language.

We recommend editing in particular when the text is to be published.
